A) ISCRIZIONE
Le iscrizioni ai corsi ARCA si possono effettuare on-line sul sito https://www.dpss.unipd.it/arca/corsi. Le liste d'iscrizione verranno aperte qualche settimana prima dell'inizio del corso. La data di apertura e chiusura delle iscrizioni è indicata vicino ad ogni corso sul sito. 
Per accedere ai corsi ARCA a titolo gratuito, la seguente lista di priorità verrà seguita:

1. laureandi magistrali di corsi di laurea afferenti al DPSS o il cui relatore/relatrice afferisce al DPSS
2. tirocinanti (sia pre-lauream che post-lauream) il cui supervisore afferisce al DPSS
3. dottorandi con supervisore DPSS (compresi visiting)
4. studenti di laurea magistrale iscritti a corsi di laurea magistrale afferenti al DPSS
5. studenti e laureandi di laurea triennale iscritti a corsi di laurea afferenti al DPSS o il cui supervisore afferisca al DPSS
6. studenti/dottorandi di altri corsi di laurea dell'Università di Padova esterni al DPSS  

Per particolari corsi la lista di priorità potrebbe cambiare, in questo caso verranno comunicate eventuali variazioni direttamente sul sito del corso.
A parità di graduatoria, si terrà in considerazione la cronologia delle iscrizioni. Entro 5 giorni dall'inizio del corso, verrà inviata una e-mail di accettazione agli studenti accettati al corso e una e-mail di piazzamento in graduatoria di riserva ai rimanenti studenti.
È possibile iscriversi a più corsi ARCA, anche nello stesso periodo.

B) RINUNCIA
Gli studenti accettati al corso devono inviare entro 3 giorni dall'inizio del corso la loro eventuale rinuncia a partecipare al corso a arca.dpss@unipd.it. In tal caso, il loro posto verrà ceduto agli iscritti nella graduatoria di riserva. La rinuncia a partecipare al corso a cui ci si è iscritti comporta anche l'esclusione dello studente da qualsiasi corso ARCA erogato nell'anno accademico in questione.
La non partecipazione alla prima lezione del corso comporta la rinuncia automatica dell'iscritto al proprio posto nel corso, che verrà ceduto al primo studente in graduatoria di riserva, a meno di valide motivazioni fornite dallo studente al conduttore del corso prima dell'inizio dello stesso circa la sua assenza alla sola prima lezione. La non partecipazione alla prima lezione comporta anche l'esclusione dello studente da qualsiasi corso ARCA erogato nell'anno accademico in questione.

C) ATTESTATO
Durante l'ultima lezione di ogni corso è previsto una prova di comprensione dei contenuti del corso. L'attestato di partecipazione al corso viene rilasciato solo se lo studente ha superato la prova finale e ha partecipato a più dell'80% del corso.

A) REGISTRATION
Registration for ARCA courses can be completed online at https://www.dpss.unipd.it/arca/corsi. Registration lists will open a few weeks before the start of each course. The opening and closing dates for registration are indicated next to each course on the website. 
To access ARCA courses free of charge, the following priority list will be followed:

1. Master's degree students writing their thesis in a degree course affiliated with DPSS, or whose supervisor is affiliated with DPSS
2. Interns (both pre- and post-graduation) whose supervisor is affiliated with DPSS
3. PhD students with a DPSS supervisor (including visiting PhD students)
4. Master's degree students enrolled in a master's degree course affiliated with DPSS
5. Bachelor's degree students and students writing their thesis, enrolled in a degree course affiliated with DPSS, or whose supervisor is affiliated with DPSS
6. Students/PhD students from other degree courses at the University of Padova, external to DPSS  

For specific courses, the priority list may change; in this case, any variations will be communicated directly on the course's webpage.
In case of a tie in ranking, the order of registration will be taken into account. Within 5 days of the start of the course, an acceptance email will be sent to admitted students, and a waiting-list placement email will be sent to the remaining students.
It is possible to register for multiple ARCA courses, even during the same period.

B) WITHDRAWAL
Students admitted to a course must send any withdrawal from the course to arca.dpss@unipd.it within 3 days of the start of the course. In this case, their place will be given to students on the waiting list. Withdrawing from a course one has registered for also results in the student's exclusion from any ARCA course offered in that academic year.
Failure to attend the first lesson of the course results in automatic forfeiture of the student's place in the course, which will be given to the first student on the waiting list, unless the student provides the course instructor with valid reasons for their absence from the first lesson only, before the start of the course. Failure to attend the first lesson also results in the student's exclusion from any ARCA course offered in that academic year.

C) CERTIFICATE
During the last lesson of each course, a test to assess understanding of the course content is administered. The certificate of course attendance is issued only if the student has passed the final test and has attended more than 80% of the course.
