These schools enable graduates to practice chosen professions and to use the title of specialista (specialist). They are devised to provide students with knowledge and abilities required for highly qualified professions.

Requirements: Applicants must be in possession of a second-cycle Italian degree (Laurea magistrale a ciclo unico - Laurea magistrale), or an equivalent degree awarded at an officially recognized foreign academic institution. They are also required to pass an entrance examination.

Duration: Course length varies in relation to subject fields.
